מדיניות משלוח — LALO Fine Jewelry

זמני אספקה
• תכשיטים בהזמנה אישית: 7–14 ימי עסקים מרגע אישור ההזמנה.
• לאחר שהתכשיט מוכן — משלוח מגיע תוך עד 3 ימי עסקים.
• זמני אספקה כוללים ימי עסקים בלבד (ימים א'–ה', לא כולל שישי, שבת, ערבי חג וחגים).

דמי משלוח
• משלוח רגיל רשום כלול במחיר המוצר.
• משלוח מהיר זמין בתוספת תשלום — ניתן לבחור בעמוד הצ'קאאוט.
• במכירה בתשלומים, דמי המשלוח יגבו בתשלום הראשון.

איסוף עצמי
ניתן לאסוף ישירות מהסטודיו בתיאום מראש, ללא עלות משלוח:
תובל 23, מתחם בורסת היהלומים, רמת גן

ביטוח משלוח
כל משלוח יוצא עם ביטוח מלא לערך התכשיט. תקבל הודעת SMS עם מספר מעקב ברגע שהחבילה יצאה.

אי-אחריות לאיחורים
החנות לא תישא באחריות לאיחורים עקב כוח עליון, מלחמה, שביתות, או תקלות במערכות תקשורת ומשלוחים.

Production & Delivery Times
• Custom made-to-order pieces: 7–14 business days from order confirmation.
• Once ready, standard shipping arrives within up to 3 business days.
• Business days only: Sunday–Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and public holidays in Israel.

Shipping Fees
• Standard registered shipping is included in the product price.
• Express shipping is available for an additional fee — selectable at checkout.
• For installment purchases, shipping fees are charged with the first payment.

Self-Collection
Available by prior arrangement at no charge:
23 Tuval St., Israel Diamond Exchange, Ramat Gan

Shipping Insurance
Every shipment is fully insured for the value of the piece. You will receive an SMS with a tracking number once the package is dispatched.

Delays
LALO Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, war, strikes, or courier and communication system failures.
